AGE OF CONSENT
By using our site and purchasing our goods, you confirm you are of legal age to view and buy the materials found on this site. If we discover that you are under age to purchase these items, we have no obligation or duty to supply you with any items on this site or continue with any orders from you. All orders will be cancelled.
All prices are as stated on this site, with exception for errors and omissions. If any prices are listed incorrectly, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or if we cannot contact you, we will cancel and refund the orders and items that are affected. We are not obliged to supply items at an incorrect price, and prices stated on this site do not represent a contract to supply goods at that price. All prices apply only to this site – you may from time to time find our goods for sale elsewhere, either through resellers or from our stall at markets and festivals. We are not obliged to offer you any deals, offer or pomotions that exist on this site if you are buying our goods elsewhere.
All product photos and descriptions are to the best of our knowledge accurate and correct. All photos, pricing, variations, descriptions and other elements of product information are subject to change. The product listings on our site do not respresent a promise or contract to make those goods available for sale. How our goods are displayed depends on monitor set up, including colour balance and brightness. Differences in monitor set up may lead to slight changes in colour representation. We cannot guarantee that you will experience our product photos as an accurate reflection of the product.
CONTRACT FOR SALE
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Our website, cart, pricing, checkout or any other aspect of your experience with Impact-Toys do not represent a contract to supply goods.
Please note that any order confirmation e-mails you receive from us are acknowledgements only and do not constitute an obligation on us to fulfil your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order at any time prior to dispatch of goods.

We do not accept any orders that have not been paid for in full. All dispatch times and waiting times apply only once full payment has been recieved.
When ordering from our site, your order is processed by our cart system and payment collected via PAYPAL or STRIPE which is are highly secure third party systems. Your payment is processed by PAYPAL or STRIPE. This means we do not take or store your payment details such as credit or debit card details, personal passwords or any other private and personal details that you have not voluntarily and knowingly submitted to us. Please note that even if you do not have a PAYPAL account you can still pay via your credit or debit card via PAYPAL or STRIPE. You can learn more about PAYPAL by clicking here. You may opt to send us funds by Direct Bank Transfer – this is at your discretion and we do not retain any information about your account details. Any orders made that are due for payment by Direct Bank Transfer must be fully paid for within 24 hours of ordering, if not paid for the order will be cancelled and you will be notified. Any monies that arrive after this point will either be refunded or you may place a second order.
Impact-Toys aim to dispatch your order in 1-3 working days for ‘Ready To Ship’ items and within 1-3 working days of completion for custom order items. Sometimes this may be delayed by a couple of days. If your order will be significantly delayed we will contact you via the e-mail address or phone number you supply at checkout. If you require goods by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. Our estimated dispatch times do not represent a promise or contract to dispatch or supply goods by a specific date. All orders will be fulfilled or refunded within a reasonable time frame.
WAITING TIMES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Everything you see here is handmade by Impact-Toys. Our custom are items are everything from the Custom Floggers, Custom Dragons, Custom Whips, Other (The Weird & Wonderful), Themed Toys and select other products on our site. There is only myself making these items in our UK workshop so we ask customers to be patient when waiting for their custom orders to be completed.
Our typical estimated waiting time for custom orders is 6-8 weeks. This is an estimate only, and does not represent a promise or contract to provide goods by a certain date. The blog on this website is constantly updated to reflect any changes to the standard estimate caused by unforseen delays.
We will keep in touch with you if anything changes with your order so please do not worry if you have not heard from us during the estimated waiting time. In the event that we are delayed in making or dispatching your order, we will endeavor to get your orders made and dispatched within a reasonable time frame. We ask our customers to be patient. If you need your order by a particular date, please let us know at the time of ordering and if possible before ordering to so we can meet your deadline. Depending on how ‘rushed’ the order is (i.e. if you need it sooner than our estimated wait) there is an additional charge starting at £10 for floggers & dragons and £20 for whips (depending on the value of the order, time required to make it, availability of materials and how soon it is required).
CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS
The prices we charge cover the cost of the goods and the prices charged by the postal provider for the delivery service. Any additional fees, such as import tax and admin charges from the postal provider, are the responsibility of the customer. We do not quote these fees or charge an additional to cover them. Import fees vary by country so we advise that if you are ordering from outside of the EU, you familiarise yourself with your country’s customs and import laws.
If you buy products from us that are subsequently seized and/or destroyed at the point of import, due to being illegal to import into your country, we are not liable to provide a refund or re-ship the goods.
Goods and their value will be declared on the appropriate customs paperwork. We will be discreet where possible (e.g. simply putting ‘costume accessories’ for our floggers, for example) but we will give as much information as we feel is necessary. Singletail whips are always labelled as ‘whips’ unless requested otherwise, as whips are widely used for non-kinky purposes such as performances, hobbyist whip cracking and animal control.
We will not falsify the contents or their value on any legal paperwork.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. We may ask to see a photo of the fault before deciding on a course of action. Where items are returned to us and found to be faulty, we will reimburse the postage cost and offer a refund, repair or replacement as appropriate. Please make sure any items returned are fully insured for posting to the original purchase value and that you obtain proof of posting, of which we may require to see a copy. Any items that are returned to us as faulty and found to be in good order will be returned to you at your expense.
Should you receive a parcel that is damaged in transit, please photograph it as evidence before opening – this makes it easier for us to file a claim with the postal provider and prove they damaged the parcel.
Please be aware that we do not accept orders where the postage option chosen provides insufficient insurance for the order. In cases where an inadequate postage option is chosen, we will put your order on hold and contact you to arrange additional funds – click here for more information on delivery costs.
All products sold are suitable for their intended use but sold as adult novelty items, any use is at the customers own risk. Due to the nature of the products on our site, they will be subject to wear and tear but are made to a high standard and intended to last. If you have purchased a product and find it to not be as durable as you expected, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Right to Cancel
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If the end of the cancellation period is delayed due to delays in delivery of the item, it is up to you to show that the items arrived later than anticipated. Generally the cancellation period will end 16 days after dispatch of goods for UK orders and 20 days after dispatch of goods for non-UK orders.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement in e-mail to email@example.com
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods except in those cases where the cancellation of the contract and return of goods is due to a fault with the goods, where we will reimburse the return postage not beyond the cost of the cheapest appropriate postage option.
Circumstances excluding Cancellation
The supply of goods that are made or modified to your specifications or are customised or personalised-
(a) any toy from our custom range including but not limited to custom floggers, custom whips, custom dragons – the only toys excluded from this provision are those purchased via the ‘Ready To Ship’ page where the goods have already been made prior to purchasing.
(b) any toy from our ‘Ready To Ship’ collection that has been modified for you, including but not limited to changes to the knots and conchos, changes to the falls, shortening of the toy or other modifications
(c) any toy or accessory that is made to order for you, including but not limited to themed toys and plaited dyneema crackers.
All goods that are made or modified to your specifications or are customised or personalised are excluded from cancellation in all circumstances-
(a) if there is a problem with the goods including but not limited to damage in transit, a fault in the construction or loss in transit, an appropriate replacement or repair will be offered free of charge
(b) all waiting times for custom and modified goods are given as estimates only and will typically be longer than 30 days – our waiting times do not signify a promise or contract to provide goods by a given date
(c) these goods are subject to wear and tear due to their nature and use, which does not constitute a fault or problem with the goods and any repairs or replacements offered due to wear and tear will be at your expense
(d) any goods that are damaged as a result of misuse or mishandling will be repaired or replaced at your expense
Goods accepted by you within 14 days after you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods-
(a) acceptance is determined if the goods are used or handled other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods – we determine that, due to the nature of our goods and the potential for second hand goods to pose a hygiene risk, any goods that are used on yourself or another person, that are taken out to a club/party or mixed in with your existing toy collection are deemed to have been accepted by you
(b) acceptance is also determined if you explicitly express acceptance and satisfaction with the goods in writing to us
(c) exclusion from cancellation by acceptance applies to all goods, including those not as described, damaged and incorrectly sent
(d) all goods that are damaged or not as described are subject to the 14 day cancellation period and any goods outstanding from this date are deemed accepted as is
(e) any attempt to modify, repair or alter the goods is deemed acceptance of the goods as your own and excludes them from the right to cancel
We may on occasion accept the return of used or explicitly accepted goods but reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount determined by us from the reimbursement.
Notes on Cancellation
In order for us to fairly and efficiently process your cancellation and reimbursement, please ensure that-
(a) all goods are opened and inspected as soon as possible after delivery
(b) any delayed deliveries are noted and evidenced
(c) all goods are handled as little as possible and only enough to ensure the nature and functioning of the goods prior to acceptance of the goods
(d) goods are not dirtied, contaminated, used or mishandled
(e) all goods to be returned are appropriately packaged to protect them from physical damage and contamination in transit
(f) all goods to be returned are appropriately insured by the chosen postage provider (any loss or damage of the goods while in transit to be returned is the responsibility of the consumer)
(g) we are notified of all returns and goods are only returned directly to us by delivery to an appointed returns address
(h) all goods to be returned are sent via a postal service that requires a signature on delivery
Passing of risk
(1) A sales contract is to be treated as including the following provisions as terms.
(2) The goods remain at the trader’s risk until they come into the physical possession of—
(a) the consumer, or
(b) a person identified by the consumer to take possession of the goods.
(3) Paragraph (2) does not apply if the goods are delivered to a carrier who—
(a) is commissioned by the consumer to deliver the goods, and
(b) is not a carrier the trader named as an option for the consumer.
(4) In that case the goods are at the consumer’s risk on and after delivery to the carrier.
(5) Paragraph (4) does not affect any liability of the carrier to the consumer in respect of the
